Legal notice
Website disclaimer
Important information about the use of this website and communications with Hatual Law.
Effective October 15, 2026
01 · Important notice
General information only
The material on this website is for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. Laws and deadlines vary, and online information may not address the facts of a particular situation.
No visitor should act, refrain from acting, make a legal decision, or allow a deadline to pass based solely on information provided here. Advice appropriate for one person or matter may be inappropriate for another.
02 · Representation
No attorney-client relationship
Viewing this site, contacting the firm, or submitting information does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after the firm accepts the matter and a written agreement is completed.
No statement on the website constitutes an offer to represent any person. Hatual Law may decline a matter for any lawful reason, including conflicts, jurisdiction, capacity, subject matter, timing, or because another lawyer may be better suited to the matter.
03 · Intake
Communications, confidentiality, and conflicts
Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until the firm confirms that it can receive and review it securely.
Before accepting a matter, the firm may need to determine whether a conflict of interest exists and whether the matter is one the firm can undertake. Hatual Law handles communications in accordance with duties imposed by applicable law and professional rules, but a submission does not mean the firm has agreed to represent you or any other person.
Email, website forms, text messages, and other electronic communications may be delayed, misdirected, intercepted, or incomplete. Do not send original documents, passwords, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or unnecessary sensitive records through the website.
04 · Time-sensitive matters
Deadlines and urgent matters
Legal rights may be affected by statutes of limitation, claim-presentation requirements, notice periods, filing deadlines, and evidence that can disappear quickly. Sending a message does not stop or extend any deadline. Do not assume that the firm received, reviewed, or accepted a matter unless Hatual Law expressly confirms that in writing.
05 · Location
Jurisdiction and geographic limitations
The website is directed primarily to persons seeking legal services in California. The availability of this website in another jurisdiction does not mean that Hatual Law or any lawyer associated with the firm is authorized to practice there. Lawyers undertake matters only where they are authorized to do so or may lawfully associate with authorized counsel.
This website is not intended to solicit legal employment in a jurisdiction where the website or solicitation would violate applicable law or professional rules.
06 · Expectations
No guarantee of results
Descriptions of past matters, if any, are provided for informational purposes only. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Any testimonial, endorsement, rating, case description, settlement, verdict, or illustrative example that may appear on the website reflects a particular experience or matter. It does not predict, warrant, or guarantee results in another matter, because every matter depends on its own facts, law, evidence, parties, decision-makers, and circumstances.
Practice areas and specialization
Descriptions of practice areas identify subjects in which the firm may accept matters. They do not state or imply certification as a specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization or another certifying organization unless the website expressly identifies the certification and certifying body.
07 · Engagement terms
Consultations, fees, and costs
A complimentary initial consultation, when offered, is limited to an initial evaluation and does not create continuing duties or representation. Fees, costs, responsibility for expenses, and the scope of any engagement are governed only by a written agreement. Nothing on this website is a fee quote or promise that a matter will be accepted on a particular fee arrangement.
08 · Online content
Accuracy and changes in law
Hatual Law seeks to present useful and accurate information, but legal authorities and factual circumstances change. Website content may become incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable and may be revised without notice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on this website without advice concerning your particular circumstances.
Third-party content and links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or reference. Hatual Law does not control and does not necessarily endorse their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Visiting a third-party website is at the visitor’s own discretion.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. This provision does not exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Website content, design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Hatual Law unless otherwise stated. Content may be viewed and printed for personal, noncommercial information. Republishing, scraping, modifying, or using site content to suggest endorsement or create misleading legal materials is prohibited without written permission.
